Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the electronic items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the device in its original Westinghouse packaging, including all remote controls, power cables, and instruction manuals.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
